What youll be doing
As a member of the Commercial Banking team youll work with our Agriculture and Commercial Banking clients to create endtoend financial solutions to help build a comprehensive approach to finance growth manage cash flow increase efficiency and mitigate risk. As a Relationship Manager you will manage and grow a portfolio of Agricultural and Commercial Banking clients by proactively developing new business opportunities in the community and ensuring clients daytoday banking needs are being met at the highest level. As a strategic partner to some of Canadas leading companies youll be delivering flexible business solutions dedicated business expertise and timely business advice to help clients realize their goals.
Please note: You must be available to work out of our Carman location regularly however there is also flexibility to work from our locations in Winnipeg or Portage La Prairie on the remaining days if preferred.

How youll succeed
Relationship building Develop new client relationships through business development activities leveraging referral sources existing clients and centres of influence. Actively monitor and manage these relationships by fully understanding our clients goals purpose and the status of our clients business.
Teamwork Work with internal partners to connect clients with opportunities. Commit to building a profile in the local business community in order to leverage that profile into effective working relationships with new and existing clients and internal partners.
Client experience Proactively assess your clients needs and propose solutions to deliver to meet those needs. Interact with assigned clients as necessary to facilitate prompt response to questions enquiries or issues in order to provide best in class service. Apply acquired industry/company knowledge to the development of client/prospect proposals for financial and strategic solutions to meet client needs.
Who you are

You demonstrate experience in Commercial Agricultural and/or Business Banking demonstrated business development skills and a solid understanding of financial statements and account principles including valuation techniques and cash flow analysis. You have experience managing the credit quality of a portfolio of commercial banking clients that have complex credit and cash management requirements. Agriculture lending experience is a strong asset.

You have a degree/diploma in Agribusiness Business Finance Accounting or a related field.
