Customer Service Representative Katy TX
Salary: $25.2325.80 per hour / $annually commensurate to experience

$1000 Completion bonus after successfully completing training and orientation (around 6 months)

Youll be the first contact for our customers: answering billing questions making policy changes and providing recommendations. Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of 12 months customer facing service experience
Bilingual candidates preferred
Associates Degree preferred
Experience providing outstanding customer service
Solid computer and multitasking skills
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
Ability to work comfortably in a fastpaced highvolume call center environment
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or currently pursuing preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
2 or more years of customer facing service experience
An active P&C license
Commercial Insurance Service experience
Associates Degree
