Location: Paris TX
Employer: Goodwill Industries of Northeast Texas (Contracted with Office of the Attorney General)
Job Type: Fulltime Temporary
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Contract Dates: May 1 2025 July 31 2025

About the Position:
Goodwill Industries of Northeast Texas is hiring a Child Support Technician for a fulltime temporary summer position. This contract role is located at the Office of the Attorney General in Paris Texas and is ideal for individuals seeking shortterm work in a professional government setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor child support case processing to ensure policy compliance
Coordinate dockets paternity testing and service of process
Prepare legal and administrative documents
Respond to inquiries regarding case status and child support payments
Enter update and retrieve information from state systems
Assist attorneys and child support officers with court preparation
Contact parents and conduct research to locate individuals
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Experience in child support legal or administrative work (preferred)
Strong computer skills and ability to learn specialized systems
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Schedule:
Fulltime Monday to Friday
Temporary position: May 1 2025 through July 31 2025
