Roles and Responsibilities:
Role Summary:
Read and work from rework orders work instructions blueprints and verbal instructions.
Quote in advance the time necessary to complete a repair job monitor their time spent on a repair and document their work in an Online Business system.
Complete teardown and buildup of a wide variety avionics equipment the incorporation of Rework Orders skilled boardlevel repairs and component replacements ranging from throughhole to ball grid array.
Perform limited levels of evaluation of product and repairs e.g. Fiber Optics inspection Circuit Board XRay evaluation and Resistance checks.
Essential Responsibilities
In addition you will:
Interface with peers test technicians and customer service personnel with minimum supervision
Manage their time between multiple repair activities with minimal supervision.
Qualifications/Requirements
Enhanced computer skills using Microsoft suite of software tools as well as experience with MRP systems
Maintain certified soldering status.
Eligibility Requirements:
Have a High School Diploma / GED
Two years experience in electronics industry
Demonstrated electronics soldering experience

Ability to produce error free products
Strives to meet or exceed job requirements
