As a Customer Representative and Sales Specialist you will:

Sell cruise packages tailored to customer needs

Crosssell and upsell additional services and products

Provide postbooking support and assist with booking management

Support travel agents with their client bookings

Offer expert information on destinations cruises documentation pricing and more
