About the Role:
Were urgently hiring Finnishspeaking Customer Support Representatives to join a dynamic and international team based in beautiful Lisbon Portugal. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers providing exceptional support via email chat or phone. Whether its helping with orders resolving issues or answering questionsyoull be the voice of a wellknown global brand.
What Youll Do:
- Deliver toptier customer service in Finnish (spoken and written)
- Support customers via phone email and live chat
- Troubleshoot problems and guide customers with accurate solutions
- Work collaboratively with international teams
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism
Requirements:
- Fluent in Finnish (C2 level)
- Good command of English (B2 or above)
- EU Citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
- A customerfirst attitude with a positive mindset
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
