Qualifications
As a Lead Valet you will have the responsibility of...
- Accurately assigningverifying and distributing claim tickets
- Keeping driveway clear of any vehicle that does not require assistance
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of valet area
- Inspecting vehicles and reporting damages upon arrival and under your care
- Responding to and resolvingguest concerns
- Greeting all customers using Premium Parking customer service standards
- Training associates withestablished policies and procedures
For our Lead Valet Attendants we look for...
- Valid license with 3 years driving experience
- No MAJOR violations (DUI reckless driving negligent homicide) in the past 7 years
- No more than two MINOR violations in the past year (accident speeding)
- No suspensions within the last 3 years
- Ability to drive a stick shift
- 2 years of previous valet experience in the parking or related industry preferred
- Strongleadership skills
- Able to communicate professionally and effectively with all personnel
- Flexible availability for eventsas business dictates
- Computer proficiency particularly in Word Excel and other MS Office applications
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Abilityto lift 50 lbs.andstand for prolonged periods of time
