About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Manager to lead the endtoend delivery of complex ERP and HCM projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion implementations ERP migration and project governance with proven success in managing technical teams vendor relationships and enterprisescale transformations across functions such as Finance HCM SCM and PPM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project lifecycle of Oracle Fusion implementationsfrom initiation through planning testing rollout and closure.
- Lead and coordinate crossfunctional teams including Oracle Fusion SMEs across HCM Finance SCM and PPM.
- Oversee multiple implementations ensuring adherence to scope budget and timelines while driving quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with vendors consultants and stakeholders to manage project delivery and resource alignment.
- Organize and lead governance meetings such as SteerCo weekly status updates and ad hoc stakeholder discussions.
- Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates ensuring comprehensive testing and deployment coordination.
- Facilitate data migration activities including legacy system analysis master and transactional data import/load and validation.
- Lead solution design workshops requirement gathering system configuration and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Drive user adoption by organizing training troubleshooting support and structured handover to businessasusual (BAU) teams.
- Identify process inefficiencies and gaps during implementation; recommend and deliver system enhancements or custom solutions.
- Support the development and deployment of dashboards and business reports that meet operational and strategic needs.
- Engage with business users to streamline workflows and ensure seamless Oracle Fusion utilization across departments.
- Ensure technical validations of designs configurations and integrated modules across Oracle Fusion suite.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 12 years of experience in ERP project management specifically leading Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP & HCM) implementations.
- Proven success in delivering at least 5 Oracle Fusion projects through the complete lifecycle.
- Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion applications including Finance HCM SCM PPM and experience with legacytoOracle migration.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM and practical exposure to Oil & Gas industry ERP requirements.
- Experienced in managing largescale transformation programs with a strong technical and functional understanding of Oracle ERP systems.
- Demonstrated ability to influence negotiate and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
- Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field from a recognized university.
