Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant Technical Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Frontend Technical Lead with extensive experience in Angular and Micro Frontend architectures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the technical direction of frontend applications creating reusable boilerplates and guiding the team in delivering highquality scalable UI solutions. You will work closely with architects product managers and backend teams to ensure seamless endtoend delivery.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of frontend architecture using Angular (v10) and Micro Frontend principles.
Build and maintain boilerplate frameworks to standardize frontend development across teams.
Drive the adoption of best practices including code quality performance tuning and responsive design.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.
Mentor and coach junior developers ensuring code quality through peer reviews.
Define and implement frontend CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps best practices.
Ensure reusability and modularity of UI components using design system principles.
Work closely with backend teams to integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Troubleshoot and resolve frontendrelated production issues efficiently.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or equivalent
Experience in leading a product development team.
Strong experience working on Amazon web service
Software development experience in Angular.
Preferred qualifications/Skills
Good Experince in frontend development with strong expertise in Angular.
Deep understanding of Micro Frontend architecture Module Federation and dynamic loading.
Experience in creating and managing boilerplate codebases and frontend scaffolding.
Proficient in TypeScript RxJS HTML5 SCSS and modern frontend tooling (Webpack NX etc.).
Good exposure to state management libraries like NgRx.
Familiarity with containerization ECS Kubernetes and cloudbased deployments is a plus.
Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Aware of the modernday architecture and technologies used in web development.
Strong Understanding on dockers containerization
AWS services like Fargate Elastic search Kinesis ECR ECS
Knowledge of Service now.
