In this role you will :
In Business Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive business analysis to understand current commercial processes and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze existing applications and systems to obtain their effectiveness and alignment with business goals.
Identify any problems with the current business model. Has the ability to break down problems and estimate time for development tasks.
Seeks to understand problems thoroughly before implementing solutions. Asks questions to clarify requirements when ambiguities are present.
Analyze business requirement and prepare the documentation for IT people (developers). Prepare and deliver a report of their findings to leadership with comprehensive risk and impact assessment
Define new AI initiatives with business stakeholders and ensure the full understanding by the development IT team.
In Project Leadership:
Manage the due diligence project from inception to completion ensuring all objectives are met within the specified timeline and budget.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and insights (4 regions 4 main product lines).
For Application Landscape Assessment:
Evaluate the current application landscape and identify gaps redundancies and opportunities for optimization.
Develop a detailed target application landscape that supports efficient and effective tendering processes.
For Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with key stakeholders including procurement engineering services IT and business units to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Transfer knowledge to key users regarding new or modified features and functionalities and assists with/provides training/coaching.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to discuss findings and recommendations.
For Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare detailed reports and documentation. Process mappings process waste / efficiency analysis and proposal TO BE processes and landscape.
Present findings to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
In Risk Management area:
Understand/Identify potential risks and complexity associated with the current and target application landscapes.
Develop mitigation strategies to address identified risks.
Technical Depth:
Understands the technology landscape. Displays understanding of the projects value proposition for the customer. Challenges requirements and shows commitment to deliver the best value proposition for the targeted Customer. Salesforce CPQ knowledge is a plus.
Evaluates AS IS landscape sustainability and scalability to meet proposed strategic plan.
Stays updated with industry trends and best practices in tendering processes and application management.
Recommends continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of tendering processes.

Education Qualification
Bachelors Degree in with advanced experience.

Relevant certifications in business analysis project management or related fields are a plus
PMP Scrum Master or related Project Management certifications
