Brighton Hospital Nursing Permanent Full time
Up to 43001.00 per anumm depending on experience
37.5 hours per week

As a Lead Nurse in PreAssessment at our Brighton Hospital youre registered with the appropriate governing body and you have the relevant qualifications and experience including NMC. With excellent proven leadership skills you hold postregistration experience in care of patients pre and post operatively in everything from Cardiac to Colorectal Orthopaedic ENT Gynae and Urology or a proven experience in Preoperative assessment.
You should have proven experience in Phlebotomy ECG taking Clinical Assessment training can be provided.
AsLead Preassessment Nurse you will:
- Support thePreAssessmentManagerin the efficient running of the PreAssessment Dept
- Coordinate activity and be responsible for patient care and safety
- Be instrumental to the patient experience ensuring seamless personalised care
- Work well with consultants who are experts in their field
- Apply your knowledge and skills in assessment care planning and delivery
- Champion a supportive enabling working culture on the department promoting staff safety
