As an Operations Manager you will be a key part of the management team and you will oversee highlevel HR duties liaising with the Recruitment Department to manage depot requirements and setting training standards. You will also be responsible for the analysis and improvement of the organisational processes and work to improve quality productivity and efficiency for your region. This is a field and officebased role covering the Mogden region where you will work to improve customer service and wastewater network performance through effective leadership and the performance management of staff. You will be responsible for the management of the supply chain and analysing performance ensuring that targets are hit.

Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week plus participating in the oncall rota
Salary: Competitive dependent on experience
