Job Description: Biomedical Equipment Technician III (Contract) Greensboro NC
Overview
We are seeking a skilled Biomedical Equipment Technician III to join our team on a contract basis in Greensboro NC. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintaining repairing and calibrating a wide range of biomedical equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance troubleshooting and repair of biomedical equipment
- Calibrate equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Document all maintenance and repair activities in accordance with company policies
- Train and mentor junior technicians as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure equipment is functioning properly
Qualifications
- Associates degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Biomedical Equipment Technician
- Strong knowledge of medical equipment systems and components
- Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must pass background and drug screen.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
