Meet the team!
The People team is responsible for the entire lifecycle of the employee journey at Preply including onboarding and offboarding compliance total rewards and benefits HR systems and analytics as well as key People projects such as employee engagement career development and frameworks and others.
You will take on a highimpact crossfunctional role where you will partner closely with our Leadership team driving strategic projects and making sure were set up for scale efficiency and impact.
What youll be doing:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Lead annual planning cycles for the People team aligning roadmaps OKRs and budgets with company priorities.
Track progress on key initiatives and drive accountability across leaders ensuring followthrough and results.
Partner with the People Leadership on orgwide strategy updates and boardlevel content.
Leadership Communication:
Own meetings creating agendas summarizing insights and keeping the People Leadership team focused on what matters most.
Act as a thought partner to the VP People preparing internal and external communications that elevate our People strategy and culture.
Data & Insights:
Continuously monitor analyze and improve tracking of key People metrics such as attrition engagement performance hiring and organizational health.
Translate data into strategic insights and trends that drive decisionmaking across the People team.
Special Projects:
What you need to succeed:
- 5 years of experience in a Strategy or Business Operations role preferably with a track record in peoplerelated projects.
- Experience in a toptier consultancy and/or inhouse experience in a hypergrowth environment.
- Strong analytical thinking paired with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Comfortable navigating data and connecting the dots to drive smart decisions.
- Business or economics academic background is a plus.
