Job Summary:
As a Business Manager in the Business Management team you will act as a trusted advisor to business heads driving key initiatives and optimizing performance. You will collaborate with various departments to implement strategic initiatives and mitigate business risks. Your role will be dynamic offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organizations success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement new business strategies and strategic initiatives.
- Optimize business performance by driving key initiatives.
- Identify escalate and mitigate business risks.
- Analyze financial performance and drive productivity initiatives.
- Partner with Operations and Technology to define future workflows.
- Collaborate with external service providers.
- Represent the business in internal and external working groups.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or related field.
- Previous product knowledge or Business Management experience.
- Highly motivated selfstarter with excellent time management skills.
- Strong presentation skills to senior and global business heads.
- Ability to forge strong internal relationships across functions.
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to define and deliver strategic agendas.
