Job Description
We are looking for an amazing Financial Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our Riverside practice!
A minimum of 1 year as a pediatric/orthodontic Treatment Coordinator; must have a thorough knowledge of dental billing insurance PPO/HMO plans along with Dentical. The highpriority candidate will have a great attitude and a strong work ethic.
Please do not apply if you do not have dental experience.

Treatment Coordinator Job Duties:
- Treatment planning.
- IV Cases.
- Familiar with financing such as Care Credit/Lending Club.
- Familiar with electronic billing and billing knowledge.
- Able to meet monthly production/collection goals.
- Knowledge of Dentrix is a plus!
- Knowledge of Dentical PPO and HMO Billing
Desired Profile/Background:
- MUST LOVE WORKING WITH CHILDREN.
- Previous dental front office experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- An upbeat personality is a MUST.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Clean neat professional appearance.
- Bilingual Spanish desired.
- Must be available to work some Saturdays.
Job Type:
- Fulltime MonFriday 8:00 am5:00 pm Two Sundays a month 8:00 am 2:00 pm
- Hourly Benefits Monthly Double bonus
