As Invoicing Officer at IQEQ you will maintain contract administration review contracts and update the contract register. You will handle any additional requests for updating the contract register while checking (internal) policies and procedures and will follow up on the internal communication.
You will join the internal Finance department where you will discuss any queries with the Senior Invoicing Officer. Furthermore you will be responsible for the following procedures:
You will build strong internal relationships with the finance team the colleagues responsible for our clients business and our senior and middle management. You will be gaining insights into their and their clients needs and delivering solutions ensuring we meet our legal and contractual requirements.
You will develop knowledge of investor and fund services and support the business with adhoc requests and specific analysis identify opportunities and risks.
