Job Description

As a Recruiter youll lead endtoend hiring for technical roles acting as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders. Youll bring market insights deliver a strong candidate experience and represent the clients brand with professionalism and care. 

  • Location: Central Singapore
  • Work Setup: Hybrid (34 days onsite weekly)
  • Shift: Day/APAC shift
  • Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of technical recruitment experience in the Singapore market

 

Responsibilities:   

Sourcing & Engagement

  • Conduct intake meetings to define role requirements and advise on search strategies using market insights.
  • Source candidates using Boolean search databases social media and networking.
  • Review applications and manage pipelines through the ATS.
  • Engage candidates using a mix of channels presenting the value proposition effectively.

Candidate Experience

  • Guide candidates through the process from interview preparation to timely updates.
  • Maintain clear consistent communication to keep candidates engaged.

Assessment & Selection

  • Conduct structured phone interviews and assess candidate fit based on requirements.
  • Manage testing and background checks as needed.

Offer & Hiring

  • Partner with hiring managers to define and extend competitive offers.
  • Anticipate and manage counteroffers where appropriate.

Recruitment Operations

  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to hiring leaders.
  • Proactively flag challenges and offer datadriven solutions.

Qualifications :

Experience:

  • Several years of recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate RPO or agency setting. Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.

Functional/Technical Knowledge Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes tools and metrics.
  • Proficient in Boolean search and Microsoft Office tools (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Experience working with ATS and sourcing technologies.
  • Solid understanding of HR principles related to talent acquisition.
