What are we looking for
We are looking for a committed solutionoriented IT Support Specialist with strong technical skills capable of leading key projects and managing the companys technological infrastructure comprehensively providing efficient support and ensuring high standards of security stability and scalability.
Main functions:
Project Leadership: Lead projects for new locations expansions relocations and equipment rollouts ensuring compliance with standards and timelines.
Microsoft Office 365 Administration: Manage Office 365 for internal users including license administration and advanced support.
IT Budget Management: Oversee the technology budget and execute projects in alignment with it.
Infrastructure Projects: Install configure and deploy Windows macOS and Linux operating systems as well as virtualization systems.
Comprehensive System Support: Provide support for critical systems network equipment installations upgrades and maintenance.
Platform Security: Ensure secure and reliable platforms for Windows macOS Linux telephony mobile devices and MFPs.
Network Management: Configure and manage routers and switches.
Security Management: Administer antivirus encryption VPN DNS and firewall solutions.
Atlassian Platform Administration: Manage corporate Jira and Confluence platforms.
Remote Support: Deliver remote technical support via Teams or AnyDesk.
License Management: Administer licenses for Windows Office 365 Adobe Atlassian and AnyDesk.
Technical Documentation: Create manuals and comprehensive guides for internal processes.
Identity and Access Management: Manage identity systems authentication and physical access control.
Telephony Management: Oversee telephony platforms.
Experience/Skills Required
Education in IT Systems or related fields (Higher Vocational Training or University Degree).
Fluency in English (B2 level) and Spanish is required. Additional languages are a plus.
Proven experience in advanced IT infrastructure administration.
Advanced knowledge of networking cybersecurity and license management.
Strong skills in environments connected with AzureAD Office 365 and multiOS system administration (macOS Linux).
Analytical mindset solutionoriented and userfocused.
Excellent organizational skills technical leadership and project management abilities.
