The Role
As a ML Ops Engineer (f/m/d) in the Staffing Platform team you will be at the intersection of software engineering data engineering and machine learning. Your work will enable Zenjobs product and data science teams to deliver intelligent scalable and reliable AIpowered services to optimize staffing solutions.
Were the team behind the scenes for Fulfilment and Exposure building the infrastructure tooling and workflows that make it possible to move fast test ideas and scale data and AI across the Staffing vertical. This is a chance to shape how AI gets operationalised in a marketplace that thousands rely on daily. Youll join a sharp collaborative group of engineers and dive deep into the intersection of backend systems and datadriven decisionmaking.

How You Will Contribute
- Develop and maintain scalable ML infrastructure and pipelines to automate training evaluation deployment and monitoring of models.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and other engineers to bring models into production enabling feedback loops and iterative improvements.
- Design and manage data workflows and features using Snowflake and other data storage technologies.
- Contribute to the evolution of our data architecture and engineering practices ensuring scalability reliability and compliance.
- Participate in shaping our teams culture practices and tech roadmap supporting others through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
What Youll Bring
- At least 5 years of experience in software or data engineering with 12 years focusing specifically on ML Ops or productionizing machine learning systems
- Proficiency in Python
- Handson experience with data platforms and tools such as Snowflake Kafka and Postgres.
- Good understanding of ML Ops best practices such as CI/CD versioning reproducibility and observability.
- A collaborative spirit: you thrive in crossfunctional teams and enjoy contributing to shared goals.
- Selfstarting and responsible: you can plan your work unblock yourself when needed and deliver value incrementally.
