Job Description

Fully Remote Role

Were looking for a highperforming Account Executive Lead whos ready to take the next stepleading from the front while mentoring others. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives on closing deals and helping others succeed.

Youll be a key sales driver responsible for managing the full sales cycle while supporting and guiding a growing team of AEs and BDRs. While this role does not have formal people management responsibilities youll act as the goto mentor and coach.

What Youll Do

  • Own the full sales cyclefrom prospecting and product demos to proposal development and contract close
  • Lead by example as a top individual contributor meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Mentor coach and help train the AE and BDR teams on best practices sales techniques and process improvements
  • Partner closely with BDRs to qualify leads and move opportunities through the pipeline
  • Work directly with clients (mainly in the legal sector) to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing partnerships and customer success to drive revenue growth
  • Accurately manage and forecast your pipeline using Salesforce or a similar CRM
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of sales strategies and process improvements

What Youll Need to Succeed

  • Solid experience in B2B SaaS sales ideally with exposure to the legal industry or corporate legal departments
  • Strong understanding of the sales process with the ability to close complex deals
  • A background that may include starting as an SDR or BDR with a proven ability to coach and inspire junior team members
  • 2 years of experience working closely with or selling to Clevel stakeholders
  • Excellent communication presentation and relationshipbuilding skills
  • A proactive selfmotivated attitude with a teamfirst mindset
  • Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce to manage leads and opportunities
