As Liviti s Property Strategist you ll be the trusted guide for our members as they navigate the property investment journey. From initial consultation through to strategy development and portfolio growth you ll deliver expert guidance on how to build wealth through newly built and offtheplan properties.
Lead facetoface and Zoom consultations to understand each member s investment goals budget and risk appetite
Design tailored property investment strategies that align with longterm wealth objectives
Research and recommend highgrowth locations and projects using market data cashflow projections and design reviews
Present investment briefs clearly and persuasively backed by insights and numbers
Collaborate closely with Liviti s mortgage legal and support teams to deliver seamless endtoend service
Provide regular updates and ongoing strategy reviews to help members stay on track and scale their portfolios
Proven success as a Property Strategist Investment Consultant or Buyers Agent
Deep understanding of offtheplan and newbuild property markets
Skilled in property cash flow analysis and financial scenario modelling
Highly proficient with CRM platforms and digital sales tools
Clientobsessed: you go above and beyond to ensure members succeed
Selfmotivated with a hunger to exceed KPIs and build longterm value
