Property Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operations and direct management of Commercial Buildings
- Improve the service level and to set objectives to enhance the image of the Company
- Supervision of staff and contractors arrange and attend regular meeting with IO/OC
- Follow instructions and assignments given by the Senior Management
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Property Management or related disciplines
- At least 5 years relevant working experience with 2 years in supervisory level
- Less than 5 years relevant working experience will be considered as Property Officer
- PMP(Property Management Practitioner) licence (Tier 1 / Tier 2) is must
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate available is preferable
