Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 20 hours/week) Flexible Schedule

  • Client Timezone: Pacific Time (BC Canada)


Responsibilities:

  • Manage basic bookkeeping tasks including tracking income and expenses

  • Organize and categorize financial transactions

  • Perform bank account reconciliations

  • Handle data entry for receipts and financial documents

  • Create and manage social media content across platforms

  • Monitor and respond to social media direct messages

  • Provide insights and strategies for social media growth

  • Support general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience with basic bookkeeping and financial data entry

  • Proficiency in social media management and content creation

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Experience with accounting software (specific platform TBD)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Background in hospitality or tourism industry preferred

Scope:

  • Direct reporting to property owner

  • Responsible for both financial administration and social media presence

  • Must maintain strict confidentiality regarding business operations
