They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales & Distribution to drive revenue growth and expand market reach within the FMCG industry. This role is pivotal in developing and executing innovative sales strategies managing robust distribution networks and leading a highperforming team. Sales Strategy &
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
- Identify new business opportunities optimize sales channels and ensure consistent market penetration.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches and maintain competitive advantage.
Distribution Network Management
- Oversee the planning and of distribution strategies to ensure efficient product delivery across channels.
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize inventory management and distribution processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors retailers and channel partners.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead mentor and develop a highperforming sales and distribution team.
- Set clear performance targets and provide regular feedback to drive team success.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
Market & Customer Insights
- Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify trends and inform strategic decisionmaking.

Financial Management & Reporting
- Oversee budget planning forecasting and financial reporting related to sales and distribution activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field; an MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum of 810 years of progressive experience in sales and distribution management ideally within the FMCG sector.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies and managing largescale distribution networks.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to build inspire and manage a highperforming team.
