Job Description
*At least 10+ years of experience in a senior project management or leadership role, ideally within the offshore wind, heavy engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
*Extensive experience in managing high-value, large-scale projects, including technical, commercial, and scheduling aspects.
*Proven experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams across various business pillars, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and accountability.
