The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) Supply Chain Planning Organization is seeking an Associate Supply Chain Specialist (Level 2 located in Hazelwood Missouri. The Asset Manager will be responsible for leading the F15 Qatar Spares Assurance Program (SAP) Repairs Statement of Work (SOW) as well as supply chain demand and forecast planning and activities. The contract supports modern service activity where operations are aligned to Performance Based Logistics support methods in Hazelwood MO.
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options: Hazelwood MO.
Position Responsibilities:
The candidate will be involved in a multitude of supply chain related activities to include: customer demand review forecasting assessment ordering of materials reporting on supply activity strategy development for support of prime contract requirements enhancing processes and procedures and working across a multifunctional services team.
The candidate will also interface directly with the Qatar customer work autonomously within the Boeing enterprise and will need to have working knowledge experience and understanding of the Sales Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) process.
This position requires a high level of personal accountability and responsibility.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. US Person includes US Citizen lawful permanent resident refugee or asylee.
Basic Qualifications Required Skills / Experience):
1 years experience in finance supply chain project management supplier management or accounting
Proficient in Sales Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process
1 years of experience working with asset management forecasting order management expediting supply chain software systems supply chain modeling & simulation tools enterprise resource planning systems and/or sales & operations (S&OP) processes
Proficiency and experience in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications Desired Skills / Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Business Supply Chain or related field
Possess excellent communication skills allowing for cross functional interaction with the Customer Program supply chain contracts finance engineering and quality.
Position requires strong organizational communication and presentation skills.
Experience with asset management systems & tools including supply planning & forecasting tools MS2 SPO GOLD TAV WOW COPPR NWP and knowledge of Sales Inventory Operations and Planning (SI&OP) is preferred.
Position requires strong knowledge and experience in military supply support environment including demand and inventory management of companyowned material customer owned material and program/contract material
Typical Education & Experience:
Typically 3 or more years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor Master etc. preferred but not required.
