Job Description
S&OP PROCESS LEADERSHIP
- Lead and coordinate the monthly S&OP process ensuring alignment across sales marketing operations and finance.
- Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices to enhance the process.
- Use advanced planning tools and analytics to improve forecasting accuracy and streamline operations.
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure alignment with financial targets and performance metrics.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to guarantee smooth execution and timely delivery.
DEMAND & SUPPLY PLANNING
- Develop and maintain an 18-month rolling demand plan using statistical models and market insights.
- Collaborate with Sales Marketing and Finance to incorporate trends promotions and customer feedback into forecasts.
- Leverage advanced analytics machine learning and artificial intelligence to enhance forecasting accuracy and supply chain optimisation.
- Optimise inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs and waste.
- Align planning requirements with HQ Operations replenishment and logistics teams.
PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align plans and streamline processes.
- Analyse KPIs to identify opportunities for supply chain efficiency and forecasting accuracy.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure supply chain resilience.
VISIBILITY ITEMS MANAGEMENT
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to plan order store and distribute Visibility Items.
- Ensure inventory levels support business goals while staying within budget.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in supply chain management with expertise in S&OP and process optimisation.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in demand planning tools (e.g. SAP/APO) and Microsoft Excel.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational improvements.
- Knowledge of the FMCG industry and advanced forecasting technologies.
