Job Description
We are seeking a skilled VoIP-CRM Integration Specialist to lead and implement integration projects for telecom services across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in integrating Voice over IP (VoIP) systems with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms to enhance telecommunications operations and customer service management.
Responsibilities
- Design develop and implement VoIP and CRM integration solutions tailored to telecom service requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across multiple regional systems.
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into technical integration specifications.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing integrations to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with regional telecommunications regulations and data privacy standards.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Document integration processes configurations and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Telecommunications or a related field.
- Proven experience with VoIP technologies and CRM platforms integration.
- Strong understanding of telecom operations and multi-region deployment challenges.
- Experience with APIs middleware and integration tools.
- Knowledge of security standards and data protection regulations related to telecom and CRM.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
