Job Description
We are seeking a skilled LMS Integration Specialist to customize and integrate Learning Management System (LMS) solutions such as Moodle into academic Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with academic institutions to streamline their educational and administrative processes by ensuring seamless LMS and CRM integration.
Responsibilities
- Customize and configure Moodle LMS to meet specific academic requirements.
- Integrate Moodle with various academic CRM systems to enable efficient data exchange and user management.
- Develop and maintain plugins or APIs necessary for LMS and CRM integration.
- Collaborate with academic stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform testing troubleshooting and debugging of integration points to ensure system reliability.
- Provide technical support and documentation for integrated LMS-CRM solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in LMS platforms and CRM technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience with Moodle customization and integration.
- Experience working with academic CRMs and understanding of academic administrative workflows.
- Strong knowledge of APIs web services and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with PHP JavaScript HTML and SQL.
