About the role

As a Service Delivery Specialist youll ensure the smooth operation of IT applications within your portfolio working with internal and external run teams using SIAM and ITIL frameworks. Youll provide expert support across all aspects of Service Delivery aligning operational teams with the technical and business needs of their systems. As a key interface with partners youll engage in daily operations and governance forums and lead ITIL processes including Release Change Incident Problem and Asset Management across multiple technology teams.

What youll do

• Ensure optimal operation of assigned systems by providing or sourcing subject matter expertise to meet business needs
• Work with SIAM and Service Delivery Practices to ensure partners perform run activities in line with ITIL standards and agreed SLAs
• Work with Service Delivery practice and platform teams to support smooth application operations
• Drive continuous improvement across processes and technology to enhance service delivery
• Support change and release management ensuring changes align with availability and automation goals
• Maintain accurate asset and service management data in partnership with the wider ITSMS team
• Oncall support for critical production issues where required

What youll bring

• 2 years experience in Software Development or IT Service Delivery
• Knowledge of core ITSM processes (Incident Change Problem Config Availability etc.
• Experience establishing and managing IT run models for critical business functions
• Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks and IT operations
• Familiar with IAM tools and processes (e.g. CI/CD ForgeRock Oracle IAM Spring Boot Azure)
• ITIL v3 or v4 certification (preferred)
