Home Support Worker
Covering Renfrewshire Inverclyde & West Dunbartonshire Area
Parttime role 16 18 24 or 30 hours per week days worked between Monday to Friday
Core Hours: 10.00am 4.30pm
Grade 2 Salary 24960 to 25057 per annum (pro rata)
Closing Date: Wednesday 14th May 2025
The Role:
The postholder will participate as part of a team providing support to Veterans and spouses/partners in their own homes and local communities within the Renfrewshire Inverclyde Glasgow and West Dunbartonshire areas enabling them to live as full active and independent a life as possible aligned to the individual assessed needs.
Support at Home includes: having someone to talk to help around the home help with errands and shopping escorted trips for activities and help getting to and from appointments.
A minimum of 1 years experience in care or support setting is essential. Full driving licence and access to a car for work is required. Support at Home does not include delivering any personal care and does not replace any care services already in place.
