Euroclear Sweden is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our vibrant team and create a fantastic work environment for our employees. As our Workplace Experience Coordinator youll be the friendly face of Euroclear Sweden making sure everyone feels welcome connected and energized in our office. What youll be doing:
Keep the overall workplace representative and in good standard
Handle daily reception tasks such as managing visitor registration notifications and hospitality services
Assist coordinate and administer internal events and social activities including company parties after work coffee breakfast
Assist with various workplace tasks such as ordering office supplies amenities and the appearance of the workplace
Assist in maintaining facility and workplace needs such as janitorial working directly with landlord and with third party contractors on maintenance and repairs
Handling a wide variety of admin tasks relating to the workplace as required
OnboardingOffboarding administrative tasks for employees and consultants
Physical security ambassador and security awareness. Stay current on business and property security systems and procedures
CPR and evacuation defibrillator evacuation drills first aid
Communication support updates on SharePoint Team channels invitations
Support the workplace strategy
Support function on projects and other task need admin support to Head of Workplace
