Job Summary
As a Guest Experience Liaison Specialist you ll blend safety oversight with hands-on instruction onboarding guests onto the Trackman platform teaching swing basics and guiding them through games modes to maximize fun and comfort.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a mandatory safety briefing before each session: outline bay rules club-handling guidelines and emergency procedures.
- Provide a concise engaging tutorial on the Trackman interface: registration game selection club tracking features and scoring.
- Offer personalized swing tips demonstrate grips stances and basic swing mechanics for first-time golfers.
- Assist guests with technology glitches or questions; escalate hardware/software issues to the Golf X Business Manager.
- Monitor bay activity continuously to enforce safety protocols and intervene if unsafe play is observed.
- Gather guest feedback on their experience and share insights with the management team to refine training materials.
Requirements
- A strong passion for golf fundamentals.
- 2 years prior experience in sports coaching recreation centers or interactive-tech venues.
- Comfortable leading small groups and tailoring instruction to diverse skill levels.
