About the Role
This role will sit on our Talent Management team within our Talent Division. The Talent Division consists of three subteams Human Resources Talent Recruitment and Talent Management. Together these teams ensure strong systems and processes to attract hire retain and develop every KIPP Texas employee. The Manager Talent Strategy and Analytics at KTX is responsible for project management of key Talent workstreams and essential talentrelated data reports. This role will coordinate and facilitate crosscollaboration committee meetings with key stakeholders and business partners to ensure data transparency of Talent projects and creation of strategies to respond to data trends.

The starting salary range for this position is $60000 and is commensurate upon experience and internalequity

Hybrid three days working from a regional SSP office in San Antonio Houston Austin or Dallas; two days working from a home office.
