We are currently seeking a Sr. Leadership Marketing Manager for our Water Division in our Atlanta GA Office location. The position is responsible for working with Senior Water Division Leadership on presentations planning annual meetings and working on front end client communication & sales material.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works with Senior Water Division Leadership on presentations planning annual meetings and working on front end client communication & sales material.
- Writes compelling marketing material with very little input from Sr. Leadership. Ensure materials are crafted with accuracy and meet all deadlines.
- Manages annual Water Division Business Plans across 6 Regions to ensure consistency in messaging and templates. This also includes editing and offering advice for changes.
- Writes and curates various marketing content including project sheets case studies Sr. Leadership presentations and editorial pieces.
- Develops various processes and procedures to aid in the development of customercentric marketing material.
- Develops social media content related to the Water Division and partners with Corporate Marketing regarding posting and platform strategies.
- Facilitates client presentation preparation including slide deck development. Suggests to Sr. Leadership the content to be included in the slide decks. Position may perform some business development work independently such as tracking down various customer leads organizing client meetings and developing client communication plans.
- May aid in edits of proposal content for readability consistency clarity and compliance with requirements.
- Leads and executes on the planning of yearly Divisional kickoff meetings for the Water Division; a group size of 150 employees.
- Leads in the submission of annual industry award applications.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 15 years of experience in Communications Marketing and/or Proposal Development
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (In Design Illustrator Photoshop) and PowerPoint
- Proven experience in writing technical proposals as well as advance proposal writing skills.
- Expert at visualization layout and/or graphic design skills to facilitate appealing and effective communication.
- Strong writing and editing skills (including grammar and punctuation). Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent proofreading abilities.
- Ability to multitask be proactive work independently or in a team setting and establish priorities.
- Efficiently work under pressure in a dynamic deadlinedriven environment.
