Property Services and Operational Manager
Location: St Helens
Salary: 28922.40 per annum
Job title: Property Services and Operational Manager
A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Property Services and Operational Manager to join our Association. The Property Services and Operational Manager will be based in our offices in St Helens.

Purpose of the role
- This is a key operational post contributing significantly to the management and development of Adullams services. Working within the organisations charitable aims and objectives you will help to develop services which deliver real change in the lives of vulnerable people delivered to excellent standards.
- You will work to deliver outcomes outlined in Service Corporate and Regional Plans and are expected to contribute to the overall ability of services to involve Customers and evolve to meet local need as effectively as they can.
- As a manager you will be expected to ensure effective working relationships with internal and external colleagues (including volunteers Customers community members and partner agencies) and contribute to the embedding and development of Adullams values culture and ethos.

Adullam Homes Housing Association was created in 1972 to support vulnerable individuals and households. From the simple beginning of a single property in Birmingham Adullam has expanded into new geographical locations and developed new services.
Over the years it has introduced and run innovative projects to offer tenants residents and service users opportunities for housing support education and training.
