Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Technical Recruiter with a proven track record of hiring for AI/ML Data Science and Data Engineering roles. The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of technical skills sourcing strategies and a network in the data and AI talent space.
Key Responsibilities:
Endtoend recruitment for AI/ML Data Science and Data Engineering positions
Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements
Source and screen candidates through portals social media referrals and databases
Evaluate resumes for technical fit conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate technical interviews
Maintain and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates
Build talent pools for niche and emerging skills in AI/ML
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Required Skills:
3 4 years of technical recruitment experience specifically in AI/ML Data Science and Data Engineering roles
Strong understanding of technical terms technologies and job functions in data and AI domains
Handson experience with ATS job boards (Naukri LinkedIn etc. and sourcing tools
Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced clientdriven environment
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in HR Business or related field
Exposure to hiring for global clients (US/Europe) is a plus
Experience with bulk and niche hiring in tech
Certifications or courses in technical recruitment are advantageous
