Litigation Attorney Chicago IL
Solid Rock Recruiting is working with one of the most respected and wellestablished law firms in the Midwest to add a Litigation Attorney to their Chicago office. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney who is eager to take the next step in their career particularly in a position that offers strong business development opportunities and longterm growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse caseload from start to finish including legal research drafting pleadings motions and discovery responses.
- Represent clients in court hearings depositions mediations and arbitrations.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation.
- Provide legal counsel and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution.
- Participate in business development efforts to grow and manage a book of business.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active Illinois bar license in good standing.
- 3 years of litigation experience.
- Strong written and verbal advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple cases efficiently.
