Conducts refresher training and ongoing training of existing employees
Good on Innovation & Invention to make process smoother
Monitors progress of team by coaching and developing for improvement and providing onthejob training as needed
Closely working with QA team & Delivers feedback to the team / department
Assists with operational and quality duties as needed
Expertise in Effective Telephony Etiquette Script Delivery Objection Handling
Eligibility Criteria:
Results oriented with ability to manage change while creating a positive environment
Basic Excel & Presentation Skills
Any graduate / Postgraduate
Minimum 1 year of Calling Experience. Existing SME profile is desired.
