Job Description

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team! If youre passionate about helping others and thrive in fast-paced call center environments we would love to speak with you!

What Youll Do:

The Customer Service Representative will answer questions and concerns surrounding consumer loan product offerings and service information resolving customer inquiries with accuracy and efficiency. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assessing customer needs to support and promote a strong returning customer base and achieve a high level of consumer satisfaction.  

  • Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls emails and texts professionally while meeting department quotas and KPIs.
  • Achieve first call resolution through effective problem-solving and strong call handling skills.
  • Address customer inquiries about loan products payment options etc. while providing thorough and accurate information.
  • Professionally manage and resolve customer complaints escalating issues as needed and ensure adherence to department policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions identify and rectify account discrepancies and stay updated on product and process changes.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 

Qualifications :

What We Look For:

  • High school diploma GED or equivalent experience required.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a high-volume call center environment or related experience required.
  • Excellent ability to respond to different types of customers in a professional manner.
  • Excellent ability to remain professional in escalated customer situations.
  • Excellent ability to actively listen and manage quality control.
  • Strong attention to detail time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Extremely reliable and dependable with strong attendance record.
  • Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite or related software.


Additional Information :

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you will be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The starting hourly rate for this job is $19.00 per hour.
