Job Description
Ring is actively seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial support the companys operations subscriptions and cost efficiency efforts. You will be responsible for working with a team that will partner with Ring subscriptions and operations teams to help them understand and manage their budgets and forecasts quantify cost reduction efforts and proactively deliver cost related insights to relevant constituents. You will completely own automation initiatives and help the team enhance data management and processes for reporting and forecasting. You will also deliver insightful financial analyses and reports to internal and external Business Partners and work closely with the accounting function to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. You will get as much responsibility as you demonstrate you can handle!
Locations for this role include: Los Angeles CA area.
Key job responsibilities
Provide visibility to Ring and Blinks P&L including Subscription Revenue Bill of Material (BOM) and other cost of goods sold (COGS)
Work with the finance team to maintain updated forecasts and identify and communicate areas for improvement in the processes.
Assist in automation efforts and implementation of new financial tools.
Work with cross functional teams (Subscriptions Logistics Procurement operations Accounting PM Reverse Logistics etc. to manage their financial goals and drive efficiency and productivity
Recommend implement and report on benchmarks for measuring financial and operating performance
Assist in the production and analysis of monthly quarterly and annual financial reports to determine key drivers impacting the companys performance
Aid in various adhoc financial analyses and projects
3 years of finance or a related analytical field experience
Bachelors degree in finance accounting or related field
Knowledge of standard software including Excel Access Oracle Essbase SQL or VBA skills
2 years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
Experience in TM1 Data Warehouse and SQL

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $60200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $128800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
