Participate in and validate product design.
Design products using computeraided design (CAD) tools.
Ensure consistency between customer needs and detailed design drawing.
Decide on the manufacturing methods for the parts constituting the product.
Make reservations in stock and supply requests.
Prepare the manufacturing dossier for the workshop.
Ensure compliance of the design and assemblies with the applicable standards codes and specifications.
Collaborate closely with production teams and other departments to ensure designs are consistent with operational requirements.
Participate in the technical expertise necessary to resolve problems during the development and manufacturing of products.
Ensure product configuration management during business .
Responsibilities:
Ensure design and industrialization in your area of expertise using dedicated tools and in accordance with different codes standards and design directives and according to customer requirements. Prepare the production of products based on design drawings bill of material and company tools.
Your work must be carried out while ensuring your safety and that of your colleagues and respecting internal quality requirements and in line with the codes/standards in force while ensuring that you limit your environmental impact. Your active participation is required in these areas to report risks or malfunctions and propose ideas for improvement.
Internal relationship: Engineering Projects Management Supply chain Production/ manufacturing engineering.
External relationship: Supplier/subcontractors Customers.
