St Vincents Curran Foundation is the fundraising organisation for St Vincents Hospitals in New South Foundation raises funds through the generous support of individuals community groups and businesses to ensure that St Vincents continues to lead the way in patient care research and clinical education.
About the role
We are seeking a skilled and detailed orientated Special Grants and Database Administrator to jour our team. The position will report to the Head of Data and Digital and will play a vital role as part of the Data and Digital Team. This role is required to work onsite at the Foundation office with no work from home arrangement.
Support data management and integrity across Foundation systems including scheduled data checks updates and documentation.
Assist with digital processes such as intranet content online forms and user acceptance testing for new systems and tools.
Prepare and maintain accurate data reports using Raisers Edge NXT and Power BI supporting fundraising insights and operations.
Coordinate the endtoend Special Grants process including tracking payment preparation reporting and donor recognition.
Lead the data component of the Annual Report project including donor recognition list preparation and report distribution.
Provide backup support to the Fundraising Data Administration Officer assisting with donation processing reconciliation and general administrative tasks.
About you
A minimum of 2 years handson experience working with a fundraising CRM ideally Raisers Edge or a comparable platform with practical understanding of system setup maintenance and user support in a fundraising environment.
Demonstrated data mindset with the ability ensuring integrity and quality control while understanding how data supports fundraising operations and reporting.
Proven experience in developing complex database queries and performing data extractions.
Practical experience using a visualisation tool ideally Microsoft Power BI and advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience in manipulating data for use across systems and reporting.
Demonstrated experience in financial tracking and reporting using CRM and finance systems while also contributing to the development and refinement of financial and data processes.
Strong communication organisational and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fastpaced environment and effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including senior executives.
Demonstrated experience in process/procedural improvement in a data management context.
