The Opportunity
We are seeking aDelegate Acquisition Executivetojoin our dynamic international team and assist in driving registrations and executive attendance for our portfolio of industry events.
To be a successful Delegate Acquisition Executive you must possess a hunger to exceed targets along with an ability to leverage creative initiative towards engaging with CLevel execs from multinationals aiming to build maintain and strengthen longterm relationships. You should also be passionate about research data and use all of your nous to open doors and generate interest from them to attend our shows.
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic team player with initiative and willingness to learn as we will provide an extensive training program to develop the right individual into a successful multifaceted salesperson that will thrive in a highpaced fun and entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities- Developing a solidunderstanding of our international event portfolio and value propositions.
- Workingin close collaborationwith crossfunctionaldepartments to meet registration goals and exceed delegate targets.
- Researching and identifying executivelevel prospects and engaging viaphone social media andemail to extendevent invitations and secureregistrations.
- Contributing to the expansion of our contact database and maintaining our Salesforce CRM system.
Requirements- 12 years of professional workingexperience ideally in a sales business development or recruitment role.
- Bachelors Degree in relevant fields is preferred.
- Strong work ethic with a desire to continuously learn and improve.
- Excellentcommunication skills both written and verbal.
- Confidenceengaging with stakeholders and building relationships.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently to achieve desired outcomes.
- United Kingdom workauthorisation is required.
