About the Role
As Regional Director you will:
- Lead and Inspire: Manage and coach our talented sales professionals in Sweden and Norway.
- Shape Strategy: Develop and execute winning go-to-market and sales strategies for both countries maximizing our market presence and revenue growth.
- Drive Growth: Take an active hands-on role in new business acquisition and key account management.
- Collaborate: Work closely with presales marketing and product teams to deliver the best solutions for our clients.
- Build Culture: Foster our unique Frendszone spiritflat hierarchy trust freedom and a collaborative supportive environment.

What you bring
- Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Proven success in complex technology sales (SaaS/PaaS/iPaaS).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in complex technology sales.
- Strong outbound sales and pipeline generation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build pipeline through outbound prospecting and self-generated leads.
- Experience managing long multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and engaging with C-level executives.
- Fluent in high-impact Technology sales methodologies Familiarity with MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales or similar.
- Effective communicator and negotiator.
- Experience with challenger technology brands.
- Collaborative coachable and strategic mindset.
Language & Location: The role requires professional English as well as being based in Stockholm Sweden with a work permit with the ability to travel as needed. Swedish or Norwegian language skills are a strong advantage.

- Frends has an office in Stockholm Sweden so we prefer to hire a person from Stockholm area.
- You will be reporting to Frends CRO.
