The Job

Are you a driven and resultsoriented Digital Marketer with a passion for creating growth At Tendium you will play a key role in our marketing team responsible for maximizing the impact of our digital marketing efforts. You will work handson with planning implementing analyzing and optimizing our SEM and Paid Social campaigns with a clear focus on generating qualified leads and contributing to our continued growth journey within B2B SaaS. As a Digital Marketer at Tendium your main focus areas will be:

    • Plan develop and implement Paid Social & SEM campaigns on relevant platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Google Meta).

    • Continuously monitor analyze and report on campaign performance in Google Analytics ad platforms and our CRM system HubSpot.

    • Conduct A/B tests and implement optimizations based on data and insights to improve campaign performance and ROI.

    • Be responsible for tracking and ensuring accurate measurement of conversions throughout the customer journey.

    • Work with optimization of the entire marketing funnel from initial contact to conversion and finally revenue.

    • Manage and track the budget for your areas of responsibility.

    • Identify new opportunities and trends in performance marketing and propose innovative solutions.

    • Collaborate closely with other teams within marketing and sales to ensure unified and effective marketing efforts.

    Qualifications

      • 25 years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing with documented results.

      • Solid knowledge and experience in managing SEM (Google Ads) and Paid Social campaigns.

      • Experience with web analytics and reporting in Google Analytics.

      • Ability to analyze data draw conclusions and translate insights into concrete actions.

      • Experience working with CRM systems preferably HubSpot for followup and segmentation.

      • Good understanding of tracking and conversion measurement.

      • High Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).

      • Structured analytical and proactive with a strong drive to achieve results.


      It is merited if one or more of the following points apply to you:

        • Experience working with serverside tracking together with technical consultants.

        • Knowledge of lead generation within B2B SaaS.

        • Experience with marketing automation and lead nurturing processes.

        • Certifications in Google Ads and/or relevant social media platforms.

        • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and how they interact with paid advertising
