Role Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development of promotional materials and graphic designs.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize email marketing strategies.
- Help organize and coordinate marketing events and webinars.
- Maintain the company s website and ensure content is up to date.
- Engage with customers and gather feedback for improvement.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing department.
- Assist in the management of PPC advertising campaigns.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for creative marketing solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using social media platforms for marketing.
- Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing best practices.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp).
- Experience with Google Analytics and other marketing tools.

- Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi is a plus.
