RHK Properties LLC (USA & Dubai) is on a mission to redefine luxury real estate marketing by combining investor education content storytelling and premium visuals. Were building a globally influential brand and we re looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to take the lead on our digital front.
This is your opportunity to work with an international company while contributing from a fully equipped in-house studio in Lahore alongside a team of editors animators and videographers.
Your Mission
You will own the full digital strategy across all social platforms from vision to execution. This includes managing our brand voice planning campaigns optimizing content performance and driving targeted paid ads for both our real estate and consulting divisions.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution
Build and manage monthly/weekly content calendars
Own brand tone storytelling and messaging consistency
Develop a luxury-aligned social aesthetic
Track KPIs: Reach Engagement CTR Conversions
Paid Media Campaigns
Design and execute ads on Facebook Instagram LinkedIn YouTube
Run A/B testing retargeting and custom audience segmentation
Brand Development
Shape a premium social presence for global investor appeal
Collaborate with creative team for visual storytelling
Support real estate agents with personal brand strategy & content
Funnel Building & Growth
Integrate with CRM/WhatsApp funnels and landing pages
Lead growth initiatives like webinars community campaigns etc.
Requirements
Requirements
5 years experience in social media digital marketing or brand strategy
Strong portfolio in luxury real estate finance or international B2C brands
Expert in: Meta Business Suite Google Ads LinkedIn Ads Creator Studio
Excellent English writing and communication skills
Deep understanding of funnels CTAs lead generation ad copy hashtag strategy
Analytical: confident in performance reporting and optimization
Proactive team leader: comfortable with reviews reports brainstorms
Bonus Skills (Highly Preferred)
Experience targeting high-net-worth or U.S. based audiences
Familiarity with Zoho One or CRM integration workflows
Strong creative instincts design animation UGC trends
Knowledge of SEO and content writing
