Job Description

Our client is transforming electric mobility and last-mile logistics in Africa with a focus on sustainability reliability and efficiency is seeking is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer to enhance our online presence drive B2B thought leadership and generate high-value business leads. This role requires strategic execution content creation expertise and data-driven marketing to support growth.

The ideal candidate will develop and execute B2B-focused digital strategies balancing high-level planning with hands-on content creation and campaign execution. This role requires creativity strategic thinking and analytical expertise to drive brand authority and revenue.

Summary of Responsibilities
B2B Digital Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute aligned but distinct digital marketing strategies for B2B and logistics & last-mile delivery respectively.
Align social media content and paid marketing efforts with lead generation and revenue goals.
Stay ahead of industry trends social media algorithms and emerging digital marketing tools to optimize strategies.

Industry-Focused Content Marketing
Create high-impact B2B content (LinkedIn articles whitepapers industry reports case studies infographics).
Manage a content calendar covering electric mobility trends fleet solutions and logistics innovation.
Develop compelling email campaigns and SEO-driven content to boost engagement and visibility.
Optimize SEO strategy to improve visibility in electric mobility and logistics-related searches.

Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
Plan and execute paid social media and search campaigns (LinkedIn Ads Google Ads Meta Ads) to generate B2B leads.
Optimize ad targeting budgets and conversion rates through A/B testing and analytics. Track and analyze lead generation performance through CRM tools and campaign reporting.

Community Engagement & Brand Positioning
Build brand credibility by engaging in industry conversations on LinkedIn and Twitter (X).
Amplify founders executives and sales teams digital presence with engaging content. Leverage user-generated content (UGC) customer testimonials and partnerships to strengthen brand trust.

Analytics Reporting & Optimization
Monitor campaign performance metrics (engagement leads conversions) and optimize strategies.
Provide monthly reports with data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to ensure marketing efforts convert leads into business opportunities.


Requirements

3 years of B2B digital marketing experience preferably in sustainability logistics or electric mobility.
Expertise in LinkedIn Instagram Twitter and social selling strategies.
Strong content marketing skills (whitepapers LinkedIn articles case studies).
Experience with Google Ads LinkedIn Ads and paid social media campaigns.
Proficiency in CRM and email marketing platforms (HubSpot Mailchimp Active Campaign).
Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities for B2B audiences.
Ability to manage multiple brands with a strategic goal-oriented mindset.
Self-starter with a creative problem-solving mindset you ll have the freedom to own and execute the strategy!
